What's needed for this meal

1. Whole chicken
2. All purpose flour
3. Two onions
4. Oil
5. Tomato juice
6. Black pepper
7. Garlic
8. Cumin
9. two cups of water
10. two cups of brow rice
11. Nuts and raisins


Direction for cooking the chicken: Cut the chicken into pieces, disking and cut off any excess that may exist and dip the pieces in vinegar and salt for 20 minutes. Cut up the onions into small pieces and cook the onions in oil for 3-5 minutes or until it browns and add in the chicken piece and cook until the chicken pieces brown. Add tomato juice, black pepper, garlic, and cumin and simmer until the chicken is tender.

Direction for cooking the brown rice: Add two cups of water with 1 tablespoon of oil and salt and until it boils. Add two cups of brown rice, nuts and lower heat and let it cook until the water is completely evaporated. Wash the raisins and add it to the brown rice and let it cook on low heat until the raisin is tender.

One miduim size a piece of steak, garlic, cumin, tomato, lettus,orange slices cucumber, vinger, and salt
wipe your steak with the vinger, salt, and the cumin. heat the oven or the stove.
cook for half hour until is done.
Cut the row vegetables into small pieces
mix them with one ts of vinger and salt and decrate it with the orange slices.
you can have a drink with your lunch.

Lunch# 2
Tuna/egg/ green salad.( tomato, fresh onion,green paper.

how to make it:
warm half can of tuna for a minute add small cut fresh onion and lemon or vinger and cumin to it
boil one egg, and chop it and put it right beside your tuna.
cut all your vegetables into small pieces and add salt and vinger to the mix.
serve it with half Pita bread. This lunch serve one person.

You want to have breakfast without gaining weight, here is some of them.
one egg, one peice of tomato, one green paper, oinion, salt, garlic, vegetable oil or butter. one half ofPita bread
heat the oil on the stove until is hot, fry the garlic until is yellow. cut the tomato into four peices and add to the oil , leave it until is pale, add the green paper.
second step: crack the egg and mix with the rest of the mix and add salt.
Serve with half Pita bread.
you can also have a cup of tea or coffee and small piece of cookie or one third cup of unts with dates, or half piece of apple or orange.
Tips:
breakfast is a meal that can be turned into energy easily because you are not going to sleep after breakfast.

Here is what you need to cook the best falafal beans


  1. Fave beans ( they can be bought at your oriental or international market store)

  2. 2 table spoons of Cooking oil

  3. 1 slice of Lemon or 1 table spoon of lemon jucie

  4. 1/4 cup of water





First begin by cooking the Fava beans in water by mixing the Fava beans with the water. Wait until the fava beans simmers for about 2-3 minutes and take it off the stove. Drain the water from the Fava beans. Mix in the oil and lemon with cumin , you can also add white cheese, and fresh green onion.
serve with Pita bread. You can always have a cup of decaf coffee or tea with your breakfast with small piece of light cokkie or fruit. enjoy
