one cucumber
1/2 can fat free yogurt
salt
garlic
black pepper
fat free cream cheese
half crushed pineapple
how you make it:
slice the cucumber into small pieces
take all the juice away
add the pineapple after you take juice away as well
mix the yogurt with the cream cheese and add it to the mix
add the black pepper and the garlic, and salt

half pound of beef or lamb
1 big piece of onion
salt
black papper
garlic
vegetable oil
how to make:
cut the meat into small pieces
fry it untill it get brown
add one cube of chicken boullen
cut the garlic into half and add it
cut the onion and add it to the meat
add salt and black pepper
cover it with water untill the meat become tender
take the meat out and add some vinegar and a bit of salt and cumin
put in the oven of 350 untill it gets brown.
make rice:
boile 3 cups of water
add 2 cups of rice
add half of ts salt
2 ts of oil
leave until it gets dry
turn the stove into low
and leave until is done
cut the weat or italian bread into small pieces and put in the oven untill it gets gold
in a deep dish put the bread and cover with the meat broth
put rice on top of it, and take the meat out of the oven and put on top of it

half cup cottage cheese
1 can of fruit, or any kind of fresh fruit
half ts of sinnamon
light wiph cream
direction:
mix the cottage cheese with the fruit and cover it with the wiph cream, and sprinkle the cinnamon on top.
you will have a tasty fruit salad.
it is very easy to make and cheap; however, it is very tasty.

this is not the refried beans. this is beans you need to buy from the corian stor at glibert st. it calls fava beans. it is only 99 cent a can.
1/2 spoon of cumin
white cheese
sesame oil
2 pieces of green onion
one small piece of tomato
a little bit of vinegar
instructions: empty the beans can in a pan.
boil it until the water become very low.
take it down
shred the cheese
cut green onion into a small pieces
cut small piece of tomato
mix all items together
add a little put of vinegar
after you mix them add the sesame oil
eat with pitta bread
this meal dosen't cost you more than $2.50 for one person.
if you don't want to use sesame oil or white cheese, you can use vegetable oil and any type of cheese you like.
this meal can be eaten at any time, and it is very satisfying meal. it is very healthy, and you don't have to eat meat, but still can get protein and fiber. pitta bread is fat free, and is for $1.49 only the bag has a bout 10 pieces.
add some salt if you like more salt because the beans already has some salt in it

this just some advice to use honey and stay a bit of the use of medicne:if you experince headache, you don't have to take pills everyday.
here is how you do it
in the morning before you eat anything, you can take spoonfull of honey.
it takes time; however, when you take honey, your headache dosen't come back very quickly.
another tip: if you can't sleep easily, take spoon of honey after supper and don't eat or drink anything after that.
turn all the light in your room off, and read a very simple story. you will fall asleep before you even know it

half pound lean beef

cumin, or black pepper

1/4 ts of brown suger
how to make:
cut the beef into small pieces
heat a little bit of the vegetable oil and fry the beef in it until it gets brown.
cut the garlic into miduim size pieces and throw in the pot with the meat
add the bouillion until it melt
cover it with water, and add the brown suger with some blac pepper or cumin.
leave until the water gets low,add the olive ,turn the stove to a low , and leave until it simmer
eat with vegetable, brown rice, or green salad with no dressing.

natural diet
first: talk to your self that you want to change your eating habit
second: say this: people who lost wait are not superhuman; they qre just like me, and if i chose to feel better i have to listen to my upperself.eating extra feels good just when we eat, and after we finish, we regret that. limit your amount from food.
here is how you do it
breakfast:
one egg, and one slize of cheese, cup of tea or coffee with big glass of water before you drink your tea or coffee.
you can have small cup of sereal with fat free milk, or 1% milk with tea or coffee.
you can eat a piece of plum instead of eating cheese with your breakfast.
lunch:
five piece grilled of 93,98 lean beef or 1/2 can of tuna with green salad or any type of vegetables.
you can eat row vegetables when you feel hungery and not full. drink water between meals.
supper:
miduim size oiece of chiken breast, with half piece of whole weat or pitta bread, and full cup of vegetables. you can have a piece of fruit or even diet soda, or light 1/2 cup of icecream.
snack: you can have light yougert or piece of fruit with. before you go to bed take one ts of natural honey.

What's needed for this meal

1. Whole chicken
2. All purpose flour
3. Two onions
4. Oil
5. Tomato juice
6. Black pepper
7. Garlic
8. Cumin
9. two cups of water
10. two cups of brow rice
11. Nuts and raisins


Direction for cooking the chicken: Cut the chicken into pieces, disking and cut off any excess that may exist and dip the pieces in vinegar and salt for 20 minutes. Cut up the onions into small pieces and cook the onions in oil for 3-5 minutes or until it browns and add in the chicken piece and cook until the chicken pieces brown. Add tomato juice, black pepper, garlic, and cumin and simmer until the chicken is tender.

Direction for cooking the brown rice: Add two cups of water with 1 tablespoon of oil and salt and until it boils. Add two cups of brown rice, nuts and lower heat and let it cook until the water is completely evaporated. Wash the raisins and add it to the brown rice and let it cook on low heat until the raisin is tender.
